SERIES I: CHEVY LS CUSTOM VALVE COVERS
Our original 2-piece custom valve covers for the LS engine feature 6061-T6 billet aluminum lids while the base is made of 319 cast aluminum.
The lid is machined for and sealed with a hi-temp silicone o-ring while the base uses a standard OEM valve cover gasket that you supply. The integrated posts built into the base ensures a proper crush on an OEM gasket. Mounting hardware included. They are available with a plain, un-machined lid, a finned lid or a custom lid.
The valve covers are 19.674” overall length and 6” overall width. Looking at the end of the valve covers the dimensions would be:
- Intake manifold side is 2.032” tall at the outer edge.
- Exhaust manifold side is 3.062” tall at the outer edge.
- The raised center portion is 3.75” wide and adds another .50” to the above dimensions.
*To ensure you have the room for these valve covers before ordering, please print the PDF template below, cut it out, and check for brake booster and firewall and other restrictions first.
*To add oil to the engine, you will need to remove the top lid unless a fill cap is added. Available as a custom order
*These valve covers do not have a provision for the PCV valve, but an AN fitting could be added if needed as a custom order. (If needed the GM #12599296 valley cover has a pvc built-in)

The plain version allows you to modify, paint, machine, engrave or customize the lid any way you want. The base is as-cast unfinished.
The finned version has the fins already machined into the aluminum lid, giving your engine a sharp custom look. The base is as-cast unfinished.
The custom version is just that. Order with our standard emblem or we can modify it to your specifications. Contact us for a quote.
You can also purchase the bases only for a two-part valve cover system. The base is as-cast unfinished; machined castings.
SERIES II: CHEVY LS CUSTOM VALVE COVERS
PSC has developed the most unique custom valve cover for the LS engine on the market…period. But, we didn’t stop there. We leave it up to your imagination on how you want to finish them.
Since so many people have different tastes, we are making these available in bare 319 cast aluminum. We let your creativity take it from there.
Do you have a painted engine bay and want to match colors? With these, you can DO IT. Powder coat, paint, clear coat or leave them bare.
Vents are bare 5200 aluminum with a brushed finish. But why leave them that way? Polish, candy coat, anodize, or just use them as a template to make your own version. These will truly make your engine bay the talk of the show, and ‘Dress your LS.’
All bases are the same. Cast in 319 aluminum and machined for a stock valve cover gasket (Fel-Pro VS50504R). They also have positive internal mount posts, just like the originals. to ensure proper gasket crush at installed torque. They accept either stock LS Gen 1 or Gen 5 coil packs (AC-Delco 12558948 & 12573190).
Flip your Lid!
Our new lid can also be flipped 180º on the base, allowing the fins to be at the top or the bottom. This changes the position of the vents and is another way to personalize your build.
Our valve covers are unique and made for custom applications. With that being said, you will probably run into things that will need to be re-routed or changed, in order to make them work with your specific application.
Read below for some of the things we have found while developing these valve covers that you should keep in mind before ordering and during installation. Please be sure to check possible width and height obstructions prior to placing your order.
The valve cover is 3/16” longer than the head on both ends.
We recommend Fel-Pro VS50504R Valve Cover Gasket to ensure proper torque and gasket crush with our positive mount stops.
There is a hole in the base to accomodate coil pack wiring. Weather pack connector is made to fit inside the cover, with the tail going through the hole. (wiring grommet supplied).
Accepts either stock LS Gen 1 & Gen 5 coil _packs (AC-Delco 12558948 & 12573190).
